It would be great, if the Sequence Generator Pro could send a message after each picture to the LACERTA MGEN standalone autoguider for dithering. This feature is allready implemented in other astro software, like APT, but I really would love to use SGP because of its usability and tools.

Yes, I’d like that too. APT and INDI have it inbuild but SGP would be highly valuable as well. The commnication protocol details can be provided by LACERTA (the manufacturer of MGEN II) and they seem to be quite happy to do it.
