Invalid license key

I have been using an SGP License that came bundled with a QSI camera, and was restricted to use with only QSI cameras. I have replaced my cameras with QHY cameras and am trying to switch to a paid license that I have. But when I enter the Activation ID I’m getting “Invalid license key (error 5)” messages. How can I switch to my paid up license (order number #9109)
