Issue reporting is cumbersome

It is a bit cumbersome to report an issue. The built-in reporting tool allows attaching a log file but we cannot insert a screenshot.
When reporting an issue in the browser we can insert a screenshot but we cannot attach a logfile.
Can one or the other be fixed so both, a screenshot and a log file can be attached.

Agree with this. The built-in reporting tool is great. I also find screen shots are a great way to quickly/definitively communicate an issue. My work-around has been post the issue via built-in and then immediately edit the posting via web site to add screenshots. But would be an improvement if screenshots could be added via built-in Report-a-Problem.

It’s not that I disagree with this, but it’s just not where we want to allocate time right now. It’s not crazy hard to capture a screenshot and paste it into the forum, but it is quite difficult to allow this from within the SGPro app.

Understood. Definitely a nice-to-have and not critical. Other more important things for sure.
