Only updated my version, this version does not send dither commands. No other setting was changed.

One of those logs shows that dither was disabled in the settings one has it enabled. Were you running the one with it disabled?

Sorry about not responding. I have been in the Hospital. It was disabled. I didn’t have my reading glasses on and missed it.
