Licence Not found despite having 3 remaining licences

Hello, my old Laptop died so I had to get a new one. Installed SGP 3…1.0.054 on a new Windows 10 Laptop, go to register it and it says “Licence not found”, Password and user name are correct.

The most common cause of this is having a SGP2 license and attempting to use it with SGP3. If that is the case you can download SGP2 from our website and install that.
