I am moving SGP 4.5 to a new computer. I have deactivated the previous Win10 laptop but it still tells me that I have used all three subscriptions when I enter the activation code on the new Win11 laptop.
How much time does it take to update the SGP database so I can activate on the new computer?
I submitted this request/problem two days ago. Please help as clear skies are at a premium of late.
