License reset after SGP 3.0 download

Hi there,

I recently purchased the SGP 3.0 upgrade on a new laptop. Once I redeemed the new license, I lost my licence for the framing wizard. Has anyone else run into the same issue?

The framing wizard is included with the 3.0 license - it is no longer a separate add-on.
