M1 - first light

For some reason, I have never got round to imaging M1. Taken with a William Optics FLT 132 with a flattener. Ha, SII, OIII with RGB stars. When I processed this I decided to fully process each of the monochrome files before creating an RGB image. I think it improves the delicacy over the alternative of making a general luminance file and LRGB combination.

Nice one Buzz!
I always do basic processing on each channel first and then combine the stretched images. A friend on another forum was so surprised to hear that I also carried this habit over to processing RGB (not just NB)….and I think it works OK.
