Maybe a Silly Question?

This question may seem very basic, but I am having trouble with the integration between SGP v3.1.0.457 and PHD2 v2.6.7

Am I correct that when you have PHD2 properly set up with the server enabled (default), SGP will handle all the commands to get PHD2 working when it is time?

I can see that when I connect all equipment in SGP, PHD2 launches and also connects its equipment. But when a sequence starts, does SGP send the command to start looping, auto select a star, and start guiding? Or do I have to do that myself before the SGP sequence starts?

The reason I ask is that when SGP does it’s target centering, it tries to restart guiding, and then fails. After a few minutes the sequence aborts. But when I check PHD2, it is still guiding away merrily.

03 - Sequence Aborted

Thank you,

Richard

Yes, you are correct. We’d need to see logs to get a better understanding of the failure.

Thank you, Ken, for the very rapid response,

I am attaching a ZIP file with the logs and three screen shots:
