Mix guided and unguided in same sequence?

I shoot very short luminance and RGB exposures with my ASI1600MM-cool, usually on the order of 30 or 60 seconds, and sometimes down to 10 seconds to collect data that doesn’t saturate the brighter stars. For narrow band exposures, I usually shoot 5 to 10 minutes per exposure.

It looks like the auto guider settings are global to the equipment profile and I cannot find a way to set them per target or per event. I would like to skip guiding for exposures that are 60 seconds or less and do guided exposures for the longer narrow band exposures.

Is this possible?
