Using V 1498, switch settings do not load. They do load when doing a new sequence and than applying the same equipment profile.
Ok, thx. I’ll take a look at this.
Hi Ken,
This problem still exists. Have you found anything out about it?
No, I am honestly not able to reproduce anything like this. All of my new sequences built directly from profiles have all switch data inserted into the sequence as expected. Have you attempted to reset and rebuild just the switch part of the profile? If you can send both the profile and the resultant sequence I can take a look to see if anything is corrupted.
Hi Ken,
Here are links to the equipment profile and saved sequence (saved before applying profile) that were used (screenshots below). I loaded the sequence corresponding to the first screenshot and the switches were there! So it looks like maybe just a display issue.
SGP started>New sequence with profile
Apply equipment profile to sequence:
Appreciate it. It might be a timing issue that behaves differently on different machines then. In other words, on some machines a refresh of the switches grid might happen just before the switch states are applied. I’ll about possibly enforcing an order here…
Hi Ken,
Well, that’s not it. I did a run last night by externally turning the switches on, then using New Sequence With Profile. The switches stayed in the unchanged state, leaving the switches on at the end of the run. So the set states are actually not loading while everything else is. This is repeatable every time. The actual states are correctly updated upon start and stay that way.

I do believe I have this issue resolved. Headed out into a new beta release now.
The switch settings apparently load but I get the dialogue below. It should time out but it didn’t. I answered NO and just reran the sequence and the sequence started. The switch settings were not updated in the Switches window, however. If I disconnect them and reconnect, they get updated.
Was it you that also experienced a similar issue with this countdown dialog at end of sequence? In any case, the beta has a new method for displaying these auto close dialogs but only end of sequence is using it right now as a test. If it works out OK, the others (like this one will be converted)
