Orphaned Switches

How do you get rid of orphaned switches? The “x” does nothing. Orphaned switches are still there. I’m on version 4.3.0.1331.

The x or manually editing save files is the only way. Seems like maybe a bug. If you could send the sequence (or profile) I can see if there is an issue there.
