when i open my planning tools window, the light chart is blank and no matter what value i put in for altitude/time it says it’s unreachable or below horizon. most of the options are disabled. i have applied my location user profile with correct gps data, so i’m not sure whats up

wondering if it has something to do with my gps box acting up…there is lat/long in my equipment profile so i don’t know why it would matter, the 1000 hps has the correct values in the site location
Correct, SGPro does not rely on external GPS. That said, 3.0 has a few quirks where the user profile would not always stick. A lot of planning tools stuff has been cleaned up in SGPro 3.1 Beta. It is not yet released, but is pretty stable at this point if you want to give it a try. It does migrate sequences and profiles to a new format, but we make sure to preserve the old ones if you want to revert back to 3.0.
