Plate solve problem, strange RA/DEC values

Hi,

I have encountered strange problem:

Image is not solved obviously…

  • EQMOD 2.00w, ASCOM 6.5, SGP 4.4.1.1441

Can anyone help?

This is almost certainly because PS2 uses commas to separate data elements in the same and your Windows region is likely set to use commas as the decimal separator and so SGPro cannot read these files (there is not way to tell which are decimals and which are the “next” data field.

My recommendation is to move to PS3 or ASTAP… neither of which will present this issue.

I thought it was issue of “,” and “.” but I have the same regional settings as on previous system, where it was working perfectly :frowning: (both Windows 10)

I will check ASTAP

This is beyond my understanding

My old system’s regional settings is “,” and plate solve is working
My new system (problematic) regional settings changed now to “.”, and… plate solve started to work.
