Platesolve and Astap are not solving

ASTAP and platesolve2 can not finalizing centering the target , Setup done by me properly there is no issue of location of the UCAC files or APM files their status are OK
when start the centering the target process followings are happening
1 Skywacther is slewing to the target
2 ASTAP or Plate solve 2 is solving the frame and calculating the error
3 and than there is no correction slew from Skywacther
4 2.nd 3.rd attemp and calculating almost the same error
5 Centering failer ,target can not be centered
my New rig ( skywacther adventurer GTI+ASI 294 color)

When i connect same rig to the ASIair there is no issue, target is centered, plate is solved
i have another rig CEM40+ASI 1600 mono there is no issue related with plate solving and SGP i have been using SGP, plate solve2 and ASTAP more than 3 years

first time facing such problem with new rig

please advice the solution

I have same behaviour with my AZ-EQ6 mount and pulse guiding (not with ST4 cable) and I think this topic is already open but no answer on it.
Maybe you can try to increase the minimum pulse impulsion in EQMOD.
