Running into two issues with SGP and my gear. First, it will not download files from an ASI 2600 MC Pro when that camera is accessed via a USB hub. (Previous DSLR worked fine in that hub). Camera is recognized by Windows (Devices and Device Manager) and SGP itself, but Take One or sequence just hangs on Downloading…
Also, SGP seems to think that my Optec SWX30 focuser is at position “0” when in fact, the focuser tube is halfway out. How do I get/force SGP to acknowledge the actual position of the focuser so that auto focus won’t fail on every sequence?
