Both cameras have connected to SGP in the past, though the connection was inconsistent. Now neither camera or filter wheel connect. I have deleted and reinstalled the drivers several times, and that is not working. Both cameras connect to EZ Cap and Sharp Cap.

Looks like the driver is throwing an exception when attempting to connect. I know at one time (and may still be the case) that QHY was distributing a 32 bit and a 64 bit driver and did not have an intelligent driver that could handle both systems. Do you know if you have the 32 bit or 64 bit variant installed? SGP will need the 32bit.

This seems as though it will fix the problem. I remember when I reinstalled the drivers I chose the 64 bit version. That would explain why they worked, though a bit strangely, when I did initial testing.
I will get back with you it the 32 bit version does not fix the issue.
