Question about SGP and the use of Altinak emu

I use Altinak emu to control my spike-a-flat panel. After doing my flat sequence (Different setting for each of my filter), the panel won’t turn it off at the end of the sequence. SGP didn’t send the command to turn it off, I should see it in the cmd windows of the Altinak emu but the command never receive or just never send.

Any idea?

I have the same issue with my SnapCap. I have to manually switch of the Flat Panel even when the Flat module brightness slider is set to zero.

Thank you!

I push the investigation little bit more and SGP didn’t send the command to turn the flat panel OFF.

How to get more help from guys of SGP?
