Recovering from failed flip

Hi,

Not to be pointing any fingers, but since I updated to the latest 3x version my SGP occasionally looses connection to my mount in the nick of time. Tonight, for example, it happened during preparation for a flip. It suddenly noticed (and announced) that the connection to the mount has been lost and so it stopped the flip process. This cannot be a cable issue because PHD2 was having a good connection with EQMOD, it had stopped guiding but it did have a connection with the mount.

After the failed flip I connected the mount again in the sequencer under equipment and continued tracking. The Run button was disabled and I could not force a flip. I winded up parking to home and then returning to the target to get the scope to point east.

So the question is: how do we recover from a failed flip?

Here is a link to the log file which is for an ongoing session.
