Hi Guys,

I downloaded a free trial of SGP when I was at a start party in Wales and now I would like to purchase the full version. I paid my fees with PayPal and I received an e-mail with my user name (e-mail address) and pass code. I opened the version of SGP I downloaded in Wales (as it has all of my settings in and clicked Help Icon and clicked Register this machine. I copied and pasted the details from the e-mail and hit Register, but the following window read “Username or password is not Valid” I did this 4-5 times, but the same message appears. Any Ideas why?

Make sure you didn’t copy a space at the end of the password.

If that fails just use the “forgot password” link and reset your password
