Registration - License not found

I can’t register my newly purchased version 3.0 upgrade on my new observatory pc.
Tells me: License not found
I am giving it the correct email address, and password. And the license manager only shows 2 current registrations.

Hm, not sure. License looks valid. I’m going to reset your account password and login and see what’s going on.

Well I’m still not sure. License added successfully. So you should be good to go (you’ll just need to reset your password again)

yea, I’m having the same issue. Had to restore my system. I am giving the correct email and password. and shows them.
