Renewed my subscription, but it still says Expired

Hi. I recently renewed by expired license, and went to subscription mode with auto renew. I downloaded the latest 32 bit version. But at the very top of the program, it says (Subscription Expired). I don’t see an option under help to enter my license key. When I just clicked Report an issue, it also says "No Premium Support (Subscription expired). What do I need to do?
