Reverted to LITE status and am a paid user

This happened to me before but last Night happened to my astro partner and he cannot get his license back. ~it failed~. we tried deleting. register machine. etc. nothing worked. ~it says it is registered but then remains in a LITE state…

no we are not. he is fixed. terry felty. he said you guys sent him an email. He relies on me to help him. its all fixed. I had told him there was a time this had happened to me too but all is well. THANK YOU
