I am not familiar with this specific rotator, but the error issued on connect is Failed to connect to rotator : Please select a device.
I am not certain, but this leads me to believe that before attempting to connect you may need to click on the settings button next to the connect button and specify your device within. This is especially true if the drivers you use are a “universal” driver type.
In addition, you can remove SGPro from the equation entirely and attempt connecting to the rotator via the installed “ASCOM Diagnostics Tool”
Pegasus products seem to require that you use their Unity platform - which allows you to connect any of their products via ASCOM. I also have a Pegasus rotator, and I must launch the Pegaus Unity platform first, which establishes a connection to the rotator and gives you a control screen for the rotator so you can if you wish use it in “stand-alone” mode. This also makes the rotator now “see-able” by SGP via the properties tab.
You didn’t indicate if you had Unity installed. If you didn’t, install it, launch it, it will mount the rotator, then go into SGP and select the rotator via the pull-down menu for the rotator.
