SBIG self-guiding compatibility

I use an SBIG ST-2000XM with CFW-5 filter wheel. Can SG Pro use the camera’s guiding CCD to self-guide while imaging with the main CCD at the same time?

I assume you mean using the internal guider CCD while using the main CCD for imaging. To answer your question, yes. I have an ST2000XM & ST10XME and using PHD2 you can select the internal guider.
