I’m trying to automate overnight imaging runs using SGPro. It still needs a lot of hand holding to get going but it ran reasonably well until the clouds rolled in about 4am.
The imaging “Target” activity eventually gives up because it can’t get autoguiding to reliably run (Sequence recovery failed (CenteringAndGuiding)).
Once I give up imaging my sky objects I want to close the observatory and take flat, bias and dark frames.
The next “Target” on my list is to take flat frames. I don’t populate location coordinates and I “don’t move to the location”. My problem is that SGPro starts the new “Target” sequence and tries to get autoguiding working. I don’t need autoguiding for my flats, darks and bias frames. Autoguiding then fails. SGPro then ends up aborting the sequence, parking the scope, warming up the camera and disconnecting all the equipment.
Is there any way to stop SGPro trying to auto start PHD2 at the start of a sequence?
