When having a sequence with multiple targets being imaged in the same night, it would be nice to pre-assign folders to each target.

I agree. There are a few nights when I am imaging more than 1 target. While I can assign different names, I have not found a way yo assign a different folder, so I have to move the files when I am done.

You can use directories in the File Name pattern. This is specific to the sequence but you can use variables like %tn\ which will use your Target Name as the folder.

Adding %tn\ works. For mosaics though, separate folders are created named after each mosaic-# title. That’s easy to live with, however. At least I don’t have to move files to their proper folders after a night’s session.
