Setting up SMS Text Alerts

Hi All,

I always use the email notifications but would prefer to use the SMS option, I can’t find in the help files where I can set up the SMS providers details, for example. within MS Outlook, I use the provider Intellisoft and I use a username and password to enable their add-on.

Where or how can I set this up in SGP, it doesn’t seem obvious in the help file either.

SGP expects an SMS relay so you basically have to set it up like an email address. Most carriers support something like 5125555555@verizon.net. But you have to send it through a SMTP server. SGP does not support direct texting at this time.
