Hi,
is it recommended to set settling options for the Direct Mount Guider? I have no auto guider but would like to dither and I‘m wondering if the settling time only adds to the total time required to create a sub or if it might be useful to make sure the mount has stopped any movement.
I‘m using an Avalon mount with a belt drive and if pulsing the mount would lead to some vibration waiting a few seconds might help.
What do you think?
