SGP 3.1.0 build 415: Can no longer center scope

Description

Centering on a target fails. The logs indicate that the thread is already shutting down when it attempts to move the scope, then it tries again until max retries are exhausted. This issue has been present since the first version of 3.1.0.

Useful Info

OS: Windows 10
Ver: 3.1.0.415

Your mount does not support “sync” mode. Please set Sync Behavior to “Offset” and you should be fine.

As a note, I have added code to 3.1 that will emit a proper warning when this (incompatible) scenario exists.

I am fully aware of that. It was already set to target offset prior to this which I am happy to demonstrate for you if you like.

Well… aware of it or not, your logs indicate that it was set to sync:

[12/17/19 20:30:24.029][DEBUG] [Telescope Thread] Telescope: Sync behavior set to "Sync"...
[12/17/19 20:30:24.029][DEBUG] [Telescope Thread] Telescope: Telescope does not support sync, not syncing.

We have plenty of folks using mounts that do not support syncing in 3.1. I don’t think this is broken… but I can look.
