SGP API Evolution?

Hi, it seems that the API lacks Sequence support mainly:

  • Load a sequence from file
  • Start/Pause/Stop a sequence
  • Query the status of the loaded sequence
    • List of tasks with ID
    • Current frame
    • Total frames
    • History of #Stars and HFD
  • Query task props based on ID
    • Is task active
    • Defined filter
    • Current exposure
    • Total exposures
    • Gain/Offset defined

I believe focuser is also missing LastFocusTime and maybe LastFocusTemperature.

Is this something we could see integrated into SGP or should I forget about it ?

We plan on updating the API for better sequence level support at some point but we don’t have a date at the moment.
