SGP App Freezes

SGP app has suddenly started freezing, not responding to any input. In addition, I’ve begun receiving error messages saying my focuser has been disconnected externally. (This happens when I attempt to manually focus). The mount refuses to move. The camera and guide scope continue to operate. Any clues as to where to begin looking for problems? I’m running 64 bit Win 10 on a laptop with 8GB RAM, 119GB SSD. Thanks.
