SGP autofocus times out PWI autofocuse fails to move focuser to the requested position

[as per other thread on this issue]

SGP autofocus routine is failing when PWI autofocus s/w fails to move the focuser to the requested position. In this case the focuser was 3 microns off and SGP deemed that error to big to continue.

The latest attached log contains the failing case

Thanks Steve! I definitely addressed this one last night and a couple of others. Hopefully it will be out in the beta in a couple of days.
