I’ve tried everything I could think of to get back imaging, I can’t get it to update , I’ve got a new computer now to replace my old w8 and still wouldn’t update. Help please, my wife tells me to get rid of the whole setup due to the frustration I go through and not working over half of the time. I love it when everything is going good and really frustrated when equipment and software doesn’t. I need some help please friends.
