SGP Misses First Image On "Delay Between"

Hi Ken,

When delaying between obs, after a move to a new target SGP goes into another delay and does not focus or take an image until after the delay expires. I get one less image than I should get for that target. I believe this is a known bug. Is it on the docket to be fixed and if so, when? The issue could actually cause SGP to miss a target entirely if the move to the next object is scheduled before the end of the interval.

I have made the required changes to skip that prevent application of the delay to the first frame in new targets. This is coupled with other changes and I’ll be able to release when all the testing is completed.
