I have SGP v4.3.0.1265 and have had an issue where SGP will sometimes shut down while I have everything connected and the camera is cooling. I had this happen on an older computer so I replaced the computer with a brand new one and it happened again on the new computer. The program just disappears.
Thanls for the report. Unfortunately, it’s not really possible for us to troubleshoot stuff like this without taking a look at logs showing what you describe. SGPro saves logs for 30 days so the session you describe is likely still on disk. If you’d like to send it, we can help take a look.
