SGP ( latest version, and I think any version 4 + ) simply will not run on my Primaluce Eagle 5 Pro running Windows 11( v 23H2 OS build 22632.3447)
when I try to run SGP the splash screen appears and then it just goes away ! thats it
I does howver run perfectly on another scope with an Eagle 4 running Windows 10.
ASCOM etc installed to latest version.
I belive I got this running eventually last time by installing an old version of SGP, can you assist please, this is stopping my progress with a new scope setup, and if I cant make it work I’ll have to move to a different imaging platform

When SGPro will not start it usually involves some type of corrupted data SGPro needs when initializing. We’ve made a handy checklist to go through here:

If you get to the end of it and still have no luck, there are instructions on how to retrieve SGPro’s startup logs so we can have a deeper look.
