SGPro license not recognized

I am reinstalling SGPro on my laptop after a crash and it’s not recognizing my license key.

I purchased it on 1/24/2021 with lic#1611522563. I’m getting “Invalid license key” message. error code 5.

OS: Win 10
Ver: 4.1.0.700

We are a little behind on email support so not sure if you already emailed, but if not, please do so that we can more freely exchange private info that may be required. That said, here we can tell you that you should be using a license key that ends with the numbers 33194

  • What version of SGPro you are attempting to install and use
