Finally got around to adding this to the UI (both sequence and equipment profile manager). Previous to 4.5, this was configurable through the hidden variables UI using variable quadratic_fit_min_quality and now can be accessed much more easily in the UI.
SGPro will continue to honor quadratic_fit_min_quality and, if you have it set, it will override any values specified in the new UI fields. Deleting the variable will cause the value specified in the UI to be used instead.
