Slave to Telescope toggle in observatory module not working

For some reason I cannot get the Slave to telescope toggle in the observatory module to work. I have to go to the control panel where it works everytime. I have a NexDome, using their ASCOM original driver. I am running the latest beta release, Win10 all patched up. I have attached the logs (I think via the report an issue feature)
