Useful Info

OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Ver: 4.1.0.724 (64-bit)
.NET: 4.8
ASCOM: 6.5.1.3234

I dont see any attempt to connect to a camera in those logs. Are you certain they are the correct ones? Keep in mind that because SGPro is crashing, your process to reproduce the issue and find the logs will be

  • Start SGPro
  • Attempt to connect to Canon
  • SGPro crashes
  • Restart SGPro
  • Open report issue tool
  • Choose the last log and not the “current session” log.
  • Start SGPro-------done
  • Attempt to connect to Canon-------done
  • SGPro crashes-------yes
  • Restart SGPro--------yes
  • Open report issue tool-------done
  • Choose the last log and not the “current session” log.-----I’ll try one more

Is it O.K.?

Maybe this log file.

I could not see Time and Option ‘box’ by covering the text '(or the first occurance) what was writing.

and, looks it must be checked ‘current Session’ which is not crashed.

Hmm. I cant find anything that shows the camera connecting… For this step that you describe, can you tell me what the alert reads?

It appears in Japanes .
saying,

"Squence Generator had stopped.
This program could not work because of a trouble. It will be shut down.
In case of Windows could find the solution, you’ll be notified. "

It may be the conflict with EOS Utility, though if uninstalled it, my EOS show ‘busy’ and can’t connect with PC.

Ordinary, If connecting EOS to PC. EOS Utility will rise up automatically, and build up PC connection. I can shut down EOS Utility, though EOS is still connecting with PC. then any program can connect with EOS. At least, SGP 3 has no problem for this.

So SGPro 3 works fine? I wonder if this is maybe a 32 / 64 bit problem. Would you mind checking if the SGPro 4 32-bit version exhibits the same issue?

O.K.

I’ll try tomorrow.

Hi, I installed Sequence Generator 4.1.0.726 (32-bit)
and tried
It worked fine without trouble, both preview and event progress.

Hm, ok, Thanks for trying. We’ll see if we can get a digic 3 camera to test with 64-bit.
