Starry Night Import Incorrect

Hi Ken,
I have been using the Starry Night format for importing objects. Works fine except in cases such as -00 56.63. The -00 which is, of course, numerically equivalent to +00 makes the remaining minutes and seconds become positive which puts things out of my FOV.

Can you provide a format that would work with SGP to import targets?

It would be better if you could provide what you are attempting to import. Corrections for the unsupported format would likely be pretty trivial.

Since SGP doesn’t support imports from C2A, I am using a format modified for me several years ago by Philippe Deverchere (C2A author). He decided to use an equivalent to the Starry Night format. It works fine except for the case I mentioned above which I believe would be a problem for Starry Night importation as well. It would be a lot better if you could directly import the C2A format as another option in your import list.
