What are people’s thoughts on the updates in the subscription model? I am thinking of subscribing. Are the regular improvements to eg the focus routine or improvements to the image viewer? How quickly does the support team get back to people in the paid model?

There isn’t much point in subscribing until SGPro 4 is released (or if you want to try the beta), but if you do, we will reset the subscription length to remain active a full year from the date of SGPro 4’s release and not the purchase date. We don’t commit to support time frames, but we will always address this forum first when we have time to provide support. We will usually go through the list daily.
