Suddenly I can't open most controls

Suddenly I can’t open Frame and Focus or some other important features. Licence is still valid. Tryed to colse eveerything in the backround and installed the new 4.0, 64 bit SGP version. Restarted my PC. Nothing helped.
I’m bagging for help. It’s getting dark soon… ;-))
