It looks like Starry Night 8.x no longer lets one export an observation list that can then be imported by SG Pro.
What is the text file format that SG Pro expects? I don’t mind making my own text files with names and locations (RA, Dec). So if the format is easy to comprehend, I can just make my own Target file that SG Pro can import.
