Target list file location

Currently my sequence lists are being saved in the documents folder - i would like to have them save somewhere else or at least in a subfolder of the docs directory - i have looked everywhere to find the setting for this - could someone please direct me to the place i can change this

I’m not exactly sure what you are asking. You can save a sequence file (***.sgp) anywhere you want (File/Save Sequence As…).

If you’re asking about where SGP saves your profiles or images, you can change the default directories under Tools/Options:
Tools%20Options%20Default%20Images%20Directory
