This site is currently unavailable?

I’ve been trying to log into SGP in order to manage my license, but I keep getting the message “This site is currently unavailable”. Is there any estimate of when the SGP website will be back online? Thanks!

Hi,

I just wanted to report the same problem!
I can’t reach the site for several days in a row now, all I get is this error:

This is particularly annoying because I was about to of set up a new computer for imaging.
Shortly after I deactivated the SGP instance on the old computer the site went down and now I can’t activate it on the new one :frowning:

best regards
Bernd

Are you getting that message on the website or via the “Report a problem” link in SGP?
If on the website, how were you able to post your message?

I just got the message going to https://www.sequencegeneratorpro.com/downloads/.

But the forum is working.

It appears that only the forum is working. Nothing on https://www.sequencegeneratorpro.com seems to be working. The forum is on https://forum.sequencegeneratorpro.com, which is hosted on an entirely different server. I’m beginning to get worried that SGP has closed shop. Is anyone able to reach https://sequencegeneratorpro.com?

Same problem here.
I wanted to download the latest version.
I looked at NINA. But the Advanced Sequencer is too confusing, and the Simple Sequencer doesn’t do a lot of things.

The site is now back online for me and I managed to activate my new installation

Wonderful! Thank you, bflachsbart, for the notification. The license management is working just fine!

Sorry for the delay on the answer here. Apparently a couple of bots crawled our site VERY AGGRESSIVELY and managed to chew through all of our CPU allocations for the month and our host disabled the account due to no more CPU resources being available in our pricing tier.

We we able to reach an agreement with the host to enable the site again and they extended some additional CPU credits to get through the remainder of the month. We have made some adjustments to how robots should crawl the site so hopefully they respect that :joy:

Sorry for the outage.
