Using Autofocus Packages

Hi there,

Can anyone link me to more information on how to utilize autofocus packages. I am interested in learning, as a beginning user, to potentially help me in setting step sizes, setting up filter offsets.

I have unchecked the save autofocus packages as of now because it ends up being 10s of GBs of data.

Those are really only useful for sending to us for troubleshooting purposes. I wouldn’t recommend keeping the AF Packs turned on (for the reasons you mention). However if you’re having issues with auto focus you can attach a screenshot of your focus curve here and we can give recommendations.

You can use the AF logviewer with the normal sgp logfile to help you analyse your AF runs, also for filter offset calculations. See thread here:
