Right clicking on settings to “copy … to” does not display any targets. “Copy from” does work.
You are referring to the “Copy to” for targets or the “Copy to“ for events? I don’t detect an issue with either of those but can look deeper with additional information.

I have made a log file which just has starting a new sequence of targets, trying to copy the first target event to other targets. Perhaps you can see what is going on in there. I imported a C2A schedule of objects to start. Log at:
