V4.5 F&M wizard fetch is extremely sloooow

Description

First experience with v4.5.0.1631 has been positive, There is however one issue I am having. the Framing and Mosaic wizard’s fetch routine is taking very long to retrieve an image of the object. Sometimes its taking over 60seconds. It eventually does work, but is way out of the normal response time of past versions.

I’m not seeing any issue here. I fetched a 4 degree canvas in about 3 sec. Keep in mind that the MFW uses the network to fetch data so any number of things could potentially slow it down temporarily.
